Rick Nash has been using and programming computers since 1979. During the 1980's Rick was published extensively in a number of major computer magazines, and in 1986, he made computers his livelihood when he started programming embedded systems for a Shreve firm, DU-IT CSG, Inc.. Rick pioneered online communications in Holmes County

when, in 1990, he started Valkyrie BBS. In 1993 Rick was hired to do embedded programming for Prentke-Romich, a Wooster company. In 1996, Rick co-founded Holmes County's first Internet service, Valkyrie Internet, with his friend Alan Bigler. Having provided Internet to thousands of customers over the years, Rick was privileged to meet and serve many folks in Holmes and Wayne counties. Rick left Valkyrie late in 2006 to pursue other computer-related interests. Rick lives in Millersburg with his wife Linda and daughter Terri.

Rich Kreider has been working with computers since late 1997 when he was introduced to his first computer. Shortly after his introduction to computers, he began taking an interest in computer programming and many other "under the hood" aspects of computing. various technologies through self teaching. In November 2004, Rich started working for Valkyrie Internet Service LTD. in Millersburg, Ohio. Within 6 months, Rich started to transition Valkyrie into the wireless broadband era. Throughout the next 3 years, Valkyrie's infrastructure migrated from primarily dial-up access to include wireless broadband and extensive growth through it's already in place highly-available load-balancing architecture. In mid 2008, Rich left Valkyrie Wireless to continue to pursue his interests in computer networking, security and support and expand his knowledge.
