> Operating System Upgrade / Downgrade
Millersburg Computer's unique approach to Windows system upgrades ensures that you will not lose any data during the upgrade. You can rest assured that all service packs and security updates will be installed.
> Security Updates
We can upgrade your Windows security patches and service packs, if necessary from CD. This is especially helpful for dialup users.
> Data Recovery
With our advanced toolset, there is a high probability that we can recover data from crashed hard drives, sometimes even recovering entire drives. Please note that your drive must be able to spin up (we cannot fix drives that have suffered hardware failure).
> Software Installation, removal and updating
We can expertly manage installation, removal and updates of software on your computer. Whether it's a new operating system upgrade, removal of certain programs, or updates to currently installed programs.
> Windows CD Update
If you have an older version of Windows, we can "freshen" it with the latest service pack. We can only update your current Windows (Windows 2000, XP and Vista) to the latest service pack for your version (this service does not upgrade your version of Windows, only the service pack). You must have a genuine Windows CD (recovery disks won't work). Call us if you have any questions.
